Wonderfully handcrafted double nostril Tepi, made from Amazonian Palo Santo wood. The oldest recorded name of the wood is 'Sisaya.' Decorated with a small slice of the Yage vine set in silver and a Criscola stone. The double end fits most noses and face types. Handcrafted Double-Nostril Tepi Deluxe – Balanced & Powerful Rapé Administration

A collection of stunning, elegant handmade Tepi from our new craftsman in Peru. Made with various woods, and decorated with Yage vine sections set in silverand a Criscola stone. Unlike traditional single-channel Tepis, this dual-barrel design allows the medicine to enter both nostrils at once, creating a faster, more immersive experience.

They are made from sacred materials such as Palo Santo, Chonta wood, Algarrobo and Palo Purpura, each carrying its own unique energy and purpose within Amazonian traditions.

Palo Santo – Known as "Holy Wood," Palo Santo is deeply purifying and grounding. When carved into a Kuripe, it retains its natural aromatic essence, subtly releasing its cleansing fragrance with every use. It is often associated with spiritual renewal, clarity, and protection. Chonta Wood – Highly revered among indigenous communities, Chonta is a dense and durable black palm wood traditionally used for crafting weapons, ceremonial staffs, and protective amulets. It is believed to ward off negative energies and strengthen spiritual focus.

Algarrobo – A strong, reddish-brown hardwood that thrives in the dry forests of northern Peru. It is known for its resilience and longevity, and the tree itself produces nutrient-rich pods that have been used in traditional medicine for immune system support and vitality.

Palo Purpura (Purple Wood) – Also known as Palo Rosa, this exotic Amazonian wood is appreciated for its beautiful rose-colored grain and fine texture. It is naturally resistant to decay and pests, and its oils have been traditionally used in healing practices and aromatherapy.

Measuring approximately 27 cm in length, this Tepi is lightweight yet highly functional, making it ideal for ceremonial use and deep Rapé experiences. The dual-channel system requires a strong and steady breath, ensuring the medicine penetrates deeply and effectively into the sinuses. Rapé can be loaded through the front tubes while held horizontally, allowing for optimal distribution before application. Alternatively, it can be filled through the mouthpiece, though this method requires a longer and more forceful exhalation to ensure proper administration.

Each Tepi is a delicate, handcrafted piece, requiring careful handling to preserve its structure. The epoxy resin sections provide strength while allowing for intricate decorative patterns, making each piece a unique blend of function, tradition, and artistry. This tool is designed for practitioners seeking a refined and efficient application method, facilitating powerful and balanced medicine work.
