Tibetan Buddha Incense – Cedarwood, Sandalwood & Juniper

Handcrafted in Nepal using traditional Tibetan methods, this incense offers a beautiful connection to Himalayan spiritual practice. Featuring three natural incense varieties: Cedarwood, Sandalwood and Juniper, each carefully blended from herbs, leaves, barks, and plants gathered sustainably from the region. The result is a gentle, sweet aroma that’s ideal for meditation, ritual use, or simply creating a peaceful atmosphere.

Each plant carries deep spiritual significance:

- Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara), known as “wood of the gods,” has been used in purification and protection rituals throughout the Himalayas. It’s believed to support grounding and mental clarity.
- Sandalwood (Santalum album) has long been revered in both Buddhist and Ayurvedic traditions for its calming, centering effects. Its rich, earthy scent is thought to encourage deeper meditation and a sense of inner peace.
- Juniper (Juniperus indica), native to the high altitudes of the Himalayas, is traditionally used to cleanse spaces and ward off negativity. Its sharp, fresh fragrance invigorates the senses and supports spiritual clarity.

The incense is handmade in small batches by skilled artisans following Buddhist monastic traditions. It is non-toxic, non-habit forming, and completely free from synthetic ingredients. This incense makes a meaningful gift or a beautiful addition to any meditation or sacred space, bringing the scent and spirit of the Himalayas into your home.

Instructions

Light the tip of the incense stick. Gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Place it in an appropriate incense burner. Your incense should glow red and give a delicate wisp of pale fragrant smoke indicating that it is slowly burning. Keep away from children and animals. Never leave burning incense unattended. Do not inhale smoke directly and ventilate the room after use.

Each variety includes 30 incense sticks and a black flower ceramic incense holder. The sticks burn for approximately 30 minutes each. Store in a dry place away from moisture to preserve their natural quality.
