Knife Set from China (SKU 4602)

Pu'er Tea pick (knife) set. 2 pieces per set. This tool is used to pry / open Pu'er tea cakes and bricks before brewing. It has a wooden handle and stainless steel blade. To use it properly you should firmly hold the tea cake and insert the Pu'er pick into the side of the cake. After inserting the pick about 2 cm into the cake you should gently pry away desired leaves. To avoid breaking of the leaves, do not insert the pick from above but always from the side. And it is important to never point the pick towards your opposite hand as it is very sharp.
