Calea zacatechichi is commonly used amongst the Chontal Indian tribe of Oaxaca, Mexico as a fascinating divinatory tool used primarily for its dream inducing capabilities. This herb not only intensifies dream-state but it also has shown an incredible ability to assist in dream recall
Silene capensis. There exists very little documentation of the pharmacology of African dream root. It is suspected that its dream-inducing activity is likely due to triterpenoid saponins contained within its roots. Relatively small amounts of root (250 mg range) are reported to be active. The plant exerts only minimal alterations in waking consciousness, yet the effects upon the dream state can be profound.
Helinus integrifolius is one of the ‘Ubulawu’ dream herbs. This is the name associated with a series of plants from Southern Africa that are used for visions and vivid dreams. It is believed one can communicate with the ancestral spirits and gain special insights and answers through use of the Ubulawu herbs.
Uvuma-omhlope is traditionally used by the Zulu and Xhosa as an ingredient of a sacred root infusion. It is taken just before going to sleep, to aid in generating spiritual dreams.
Ginkgo biloba acts to enhance oxygen utilization and thus improves memory, concentration, and other mental faculties. The herbal extract has also been shown to significantly improve long-distance vision and may reverse damage to the retina of the eye.

10 Drops under the tongue, in hot water or a herbal tea infusion 20-30 mins before Sleep.
