This variety of Sananga is sourced from the Matses in Peru. Whilst most of our other Sananga products are made from dried plant material, these drops are made from the raw juice of the fresh inner cambium layer of the Sananga plant. It is then diluted with distilled water to a medium-strong potency. Dry and abrasive in sensation and a peak burn duration of approximately 3-5 minutes long. This Sananga is not for the novice. Experienced users of extreme strength may find this version moderately strong in strength and duration. We offer our Sananga in 5 ml clear glass bottles with pipette dropper. The bottles were pasteurised after bottling and have an almost unlimited shelf life. After first usage, it is advised to store the bottle in the refrigerator, inside a closed gripseal bag.

When not in use for a period of time, a small layer of residue may form on the bottom of the bottle. Simply shake the bottle before use.

Sananga is made from a potent rootbark and bark of the Tabernaemontana undulata shrub, a "Milkwood" species in the family Apocynaceae. This sacred and potent medicine is used for healing physical and spiritual ailments, by clearing the mind of distractive energies and allowing for a complete new way of perceiving and focusing.

Although Sananga is said to contain Ibogaine alkaloids there is actually little evidence to suggest this is in fact true. Tabernaemontana is not actually a genus but a "sub-family", and therefore also classified as "Tabernaemontanoidae". McKenna reports that only some of the several dozen or so plants in this sub family contain ibogaine, others like ‘undulata' may only have analgesic or sedative properties.
