Life Tonics Strøng 10:1 Herbal extract contains; White Atractylodes, Codonopsis, Astragalus, Cistanche, Morinda, Mucuna, Eucommia, Cnidium, Cordyceps, Licorice. It takes 10 kilos of herbal blend to make one kilo of extract.

At first use, open the lid, remove the white seal and discard it. After use, close the lid tightly. Usage: Use the measuring scoop to extract a dosage from the container and close it immediately, as the extracts are hygroscopic and absorb humidity from the air.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Opened packages must be kept cold. (The shelf life is approximately 1 year)

How to take: The instant herbal tea blend couldn't be easier to make. Using the measuring spoon provided all you do is add 1 level spoon (approximately 1000 mg) of the herbal extract powder to a cup or a mug, pour in boiling or hot water, stir, add sweetener if required, (liquid stevia is perfect) or Honey, it also tastes great with almond milk.

Recommended is to use the Life Tonics extracts daily in measured dosages (500-1000 mg) daily, rather than high doses infrequently.
