Resin, 10 Gr from Thailand (SKU 5875)
This concentrated Blue Lotus resin is crafted in Thailand from 50 kilos of freshly harvested Nymphaea caerulea blossoms, reduced with water into a tar-like extract. Almost fully water-soluble, it offers the serene, dreamlike qualities of Blue Lotus in a powerful and practical form. Shaped into manageable rolls of about 10 cm, wrapped in wax paper, it is easy to cut into equal portions. A typical serving is 1–2 g dissolved in hot water, producing a dark infusion with a gentle euphoric, calming presence. Store the resin in its wax paper inside the grip-seal bag, in a cool, dark place. In hot climates, cool for 12 hours before cutting. The resin softens and becomes sticky above 20 °C (68 °F). More information can be found in the main description below.

Blue Lotus Extract – Potent Resin from Freshly Harvested Flowers
This rare and highly concentrated Blue Lotus extract is produced in Thailand using only fresh blossoms of Nymphaea caerulea. To create just one kilo of solid resin, around 50 kilos of freshly harvested whole flowers are slowly simmered in water and carefully reduced into a thick, tarry mass. The process is entirely water-based, preserving the plant’s natural essence without the use of alcohol or solvents. The result is a deep, aromatic extract that is almost entirely water-soluble, making it ideal for ceremonial tea or infusion.
In its raw state the resin is intensely sticky, difficult to handle, and nearly unmanageable. We have therefore transformed it into practical, easy-to-use rolls of approximately 12 mm thickness and 10 cm length. Each roll is wrapped in non-stick wax paper, allowing it to be unwrapped cleanly and divided with a sharp knife. This format makes it simple to portion with accuracy—cutting a 10 g roll into four equal parts yields four pieces of approximately 2.5 g each.
Ceremonial and Experiential Qualities
Blue Lotus extract carries the same qualities as the whole flower—serene, dreamlike, and subtly euphoric—but in a more concentrated form. Dissolved in hot water, it produces a dark, aromatic infusion with a deep floral-earthy fragrance and a profound yet gentle effect. It is not a hallucinogen; rather, it opens inner stillness, encourages quiet dreamlike awareness, and supports meditation, emotional clarity, and creative states. Many find it most effective when received in silence, with eyes closed, and the body at rest.
Suggested Use
- Cut off a portion of 1–2 gram from the resin roll.
- Dissolve fully in a cup of hot (not boiling) water.
- Sip slowly in a calm setting, allowing the subtle qualities to unfold.
Larger doses can be used depending on personal sensitivity, though it is recommended to begin with 1 gram to become familiar with its strength.
Form and Handling
The resin rolls are firm yet pliable, easy to cut into equal portions, and wrapped in wax paper to prevent sticking. Their compact size and standardized format make them suitable for personal ritual, group ceremony, or travel.
Storage
It is recommended to store the resin in its original wax paper, inside the provided grip-seal bag, in a dark place and below room temperature. Storing in the fridge is not advised, but in hot climates it can be useful to cool the resin for 12 hours before cutting portions. Be aware that the resin will become sticky at temperatures above 20 °C (68 °F).
Notes
As with all Blue Lotus preparations, the experience is subtle and inward. Its most profound qualities emerge when approached with stillness, quiet, and intention. This extract offers a concentrated way to engage with Blue Lotus, retaining the flower’s ceremonial presence in a practical, versatile form.
