Patchouli is inextricably linked to the flower children of the sixties, for whom it was the perfume of choice. The musky, earthy, sweetish smell is one of those scents that is either loved or hated. Its peculiar smell is also used in various aphrodisiac formulas for massage and bath oils and perfumes, but it only works on people who like the scent. It is a very rare and aged (15 years old) essential oil of Patchouli that we used to make this product.

We are introducing this new line of aromatic flowerwaters under the name "Agua Floresta". A new range of divinely scented floral waters for clearing energies and spaces. They are produced with the intention of cleansing away negative energies without smoke or the need for burning incense sticks or charcoal. Using fire is not always practical or safe, whereas these floral waters can be used in any circumstance, anywhere. Being a fine mist they leave minimal residue or waste and can refresh and clear a space with immediate effect. Each floral water has its own unique frequency. A fine mist evaporates in the air leaving the scent to spread out into every pore of reality. The basis of this flowerwater is alcohol, water and essential oil.

They are not perfumes but need to be sprayed above the head or into the room, and before it lands, the alcohol will be evaporated. When used as a perfume this is well possible and I just tested them. The necessary alcohol does need to evaporate, to leave the perfect aroma of the essential oils used.

The product is made with denatured alcohol mixed with water and the patchouli oil. It is the best I have ever come across. It is aged and no longer available after this stock is gone. The alcohol is necessary to allow the oil to dissolve in solution without separating or making the liquid opaque. The initial smell may seem odd, but this evaporates quickly and the pure character of the Patchouli remains.
