These ultra-fine particles reflect light beautifully, creating an intense shimmer that ranges from a subtle glow to a dazzling sparkle depending on how generously you apply it.

Cosmetic glitter is specially manufactured for application on the skin. Unlike ordinary craft glitter, cosmetic-grade glitter is produced using materials intended for cosmetic use, typically ultra-fine polyester (PET) particles with cosmetic coatings that create their brilliant reflective finish. The extremely fine particle size provides a smoother, more comfortable feel on the skin while maximizing sparkle.

For best results, apply a small amount with your fingertip to clean, moisturized skin. The fine particles usually adhere well without the need for a separate adhesive, although cosmetic glitter gel or skin-safe adhesive can be used for extra-long wear. The glitter removes easily using soap and warm water, micellar water, or your regular facial cleanser.

Fairy Dust® can also be used to add sparkle to your nails, hair or clothing. Simply dust a small amount over your hairstyle, beard, hat, scarf, or favourite outfit for a shimmering finish that catches the light beautifully. For longer-lasting wear on fabrics or during festivals, applying a cosmetic glitter gel or a light hair styling product first can help the glitter stay in place.

Safety

This product is intended for external cosmetic use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and do not inhale or ingest the glitter. Although cosmetic-grade glitter is designed for skin application, we recommend performing a small patch test before first use if you have particularly sensitive skin. Adult supervision is advised for young children. Store the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
