Kuntanawa Trevo Cumaru
Kuntanawa means People of the Coconut, because they are known to traditionally eat mainly palm nuts. Their chief, Pedro Kuntanawa, made this particular Rapé. Made with a locally produced and harvested organic Moy Tabacco (Nicotiana rustica) and the ashes of Pau Pereira (Tsunu) and a herb locally named Trevo Cumaru. Trevo Cumaru is Pedro´s personal favorite. He uses this herb, considering it a medicine that helps to firm the mind, clear negative thoughts and bring inner peace in the spiritual domain. It is a herb he has studied extensively in his Rapé work and has meditated on it when in ceremony. He uses this Rapé in daily life but especially rates it in spiritual works such as Ayahuasca. He says that in ceremony this Rapé helps him a lot in concentrating his mind and firming his thoughts to be able to do his healing work and his studying of the mysteries of the forest. This is another genuine tribal, and exquisitely powerful Rapé from our close friend who lives in Brazil and is exchanging with the tribes people. Pedro is a good friend of ours and we work with him for many years.

Kaxinawa Cacau
The Kaxinawa have created a deeply aromatic preparation using cacao husk ashes blended with jungle tobacco. The overall effect is stimulating and energising. Tingling and rushing sensations seem to whirl around the energy centre eventually dissipating some minutes later. Being darker powder than most traditional grey Rapé types, some does tend to make its way into the back of the throat. Although a very manageable experience that suits new comers and connoisseurs alike. A great blend for busy days where energy levels need to be high in order to maintain equilibrium. Larger portions can lead to some mild nausea and over stimulation. Respectful doses give a subtle lift and mild stimulation. This is a new Rapé made with ashes of the native Cacao tree of the Amazon basin. This is a traditional recipe from the Huni Kuin, it is known for it's reddish color. It is made in general with less ashes then other Rapés, that's why it maintains it's reddish color. This color also depends on the tobacco used, where some tobaccos are more brownish and other more reddish. This particular one has the traditional base of organic Moi Tobacco but has also Corda (string Tobacco) added to give it an extra kick. Cacao grows wild in parts of the Amazon from where it originally proceeds, it has some distinctions in taste from plantation grown Cacao. For the ashes the Huni Kuin usually use the bark of the tree.

Nukini Forca
One of the most popular and sought after Rapé’s we have to date. A genuine tribal Rapé, prepared with special flower ingredients from the Nukini tribe, who infuse this Rapé with their profound love and strength for all things in nature. Differing from many other tribes, the Nukini charge the women with making and collecting the sacred Rapé. Therefore, the Nukini Força carries a powerful feminine energy and a pleasant and perfumed scent. Besides it’s fragrant smell and its powerful female energy, this is an ideal Rapé for finding balance on all levels: emotional, physical, and mental. Moreover, it is a strongly stimulating Rapé that provides a focused journey and feminine heart power. Nukini Força also helps with cleaning the sinuses and head. Remembering to always get rid of the remnants once the effect has resided. It helps keep any physical purging to a minimum.

Katukina Special
Katukina 'Special'. A fine fusion of traditional Rapè's. A new blend is in the making. A Rapé that deserves the name Katukina Special. Expected to be available in October. It will be strong and powerful. In larger doses it can be overwhelming and time is needed to fully recover from the inital effects. Even in considerably smaller amounts it can be to much for someone new to Rapè. Darker and heavier than most preperations this blend of four very powerful types can lodge itself into the throat passage and takes some effort to completely remove afterwards. Be prepared to take time out to recover from using this special mix.

Puyanawa Pixuri
This new blend from the Puyanawa tribe uses Corda tobacco and Murici ashes combined with a herb called Pixuri giving it a pleasent scent and a special character. The Puyanawa don´t make many different recipes but Pixuri is a classic of their culture and well worth trying. This Rapé is made by a Pajé, medicine man of the tribe. When asked about the uses of this medicine he told us that Rapé Pixuri is good for sinus problems, flu and headaches. When asked for more information, he said that it is a secret of his people. For the Rapé they use the leaves of the tree. The seeds of Pixuri are also used for their own particular medicines and it has uses as a flavor as well, but not in Rapè. When asked why they use Murici and not other ashes they say it becomes stronger like this and is better to pass. The initial effects are mild and warming progressively building to a intense burning sensation. Lots of sneezing can be expected, expulsion of mucus as well as itching and tickling of the nose. Afterwards a calm state and mental clarity surrounds the user and the nose feels clear of debri. Very opening for the sinuses and leaves the user with the ability to breath deep fresh air.

Yawanawa Tsunu
This is a typically Grey Rapé blend with a powerful initial effect that sometimes takes a few minutes to stabilize from. Very comfortable overall and a sense of opening takes place within the cerebral points around the rear of the head. Yawanawá Tsunu has a typically uplifting and clearing frequency. It has strong feminine qualities and is ideal for balancing energies and finding deep grounding. Eyes will generally water and the powder is removed from the nose via blowing out much easier than most other blends. Rarely does it make its way into the back of the throat. This blend is finely powdered and generally absorbs directly into the nose. Subtly powerful and a favorite amongst regular users of traditional Rapé blends. This is a highly praised Rapé. All the ingredients have been collected from the indigenous themselves and have been prepared and blended by a non-tribal shaman friend who lives in Brazil.
