Rapé Blending 10 ml Kit 4265

Mapacho Tabaco
This is the pure Mapacho powder, made from traditional "Mapacho masos", which are tightly bundled fermented dark leaves from the jungle in Iquitos, Peru. Juicy and fresh, are Mapacho Masos. It is an ellaborate and patient process to produce an absolutely dehydrated fine (100 micron) powder. The fresh and juicy masos were cut into small pieces, sundried, crushed, dehydrated, deveined, and then ground and sieved multiple times, to obtain the finest powder. This sacred, wholesome plant can bring profound clarity and help to remove negative energies. Mapacho is made from Nicotiana rustica, which is about 20 times stronger than our traditional Tabaco, Nicotiana tobacum (Stanfill et al. 2010). Indigenous tribes use Tabaco in ceremonies, to predict good weather, fishing or harvest, and for spiritual (e.g. vision quest, trance etc) and curing purposes (Wilbert 1987), but rarely for smoking. It is one of the oldest and most potent curing plants known to indigenous tribes. This powdered Mapacho is perfect for using in personal preparations. Mixed with ashes it becomes a powerful but stable Rapé similar to other traditional types produced by the indigenous tribes of South America. Perfect for those wishing to explore the possibilities of blending their own varieties, or to add a rounded and grounding twist to your favourite grey Rapé.

Perique Tabaco
This rare and famous Louisiana Tabaco is known for it's dark, black color and unique flavour when cured. Perique is a spice Tabaco, usually used in Virginia blends. It has a dark, oily and almost wet appearance when cured, with a taste of pepper and figs. Its flavour is a little strong, so it is usually found mixed with other types of Tabaco. Being acidic, it tends to alleviate alkaline tongue bite, which is so often a problem with Virginia Tabaco, so it is recommended to blend this with your other Tabaco's before use. This can be a perfect and unique ingredient to create ones own Rapé blends, or to blend into an existing Rapé to give it a more deepening and grounding effect.

Tabaco de Moy
Tabaco de Moy is one of the most beautiful of all Rustica types available. The scent is just divine. Used alone or mixed into ashes this wonderful Moy heightens the senses and helps to put the user into a relaxed state of being. The aftertaste compared to other mapacho types is sweet and pleasant and being a very fine powder is easily removed from the passages after use. The powder is made from juicy fermented Tabaco de Moi masos from Brazil. First sun dried, deveined and finely ground, and then sieved multiple times to attain the finest dust of a dry and smooth powder. This extremely finely powdered Tabaco is perfect for using in personal preparations. Mixed with Tsunu ashes it becomes a powerful but stable Rapé similar to other traditional types produced by the indigenous tribes of South America. Perfect for those wishing to explore the possibilities of blending their own varieties, or to add a rounded and grounding twist to your favourite grey Rapé.

This is a very fine dust, made from pure leaf without stems or veins. The fresh and leathery leaves are first dried, completely deveined, then ground and sieved multiple times to achieve the finest dry powder, perfect for using in personal preparations. Mixed with ashes it becomes a powerful but stable Rapé similar to other traditional types produced by the indigenous tribes of South America. Apurina Tsunu
This Rapé is a similar quality to the Apurina Verde, yet Apurina Tsunu is slightly stronger and still has a powerful effect to users of the grey Rapé types. A larger dose is often required with many of the Apurina’s to have a substantial effect. The initial physical effects of this preparation are high frequencies with sharp overtones. Formation of fluids from the nose come a little later after its administration and generally this type isn't known for causing purging. The duration of intensity is quick with stabilisation returning just moments after. This sacred mixture is made according to an old traditional recipe and contains wild forest ingredients. Contrary to what the name (Tsunu) seems to imply, this special mix does not contain any ashes, giving a more gentle and smooth experience to the user. It is infused with the spirits of the jungle, and has powerful cleansing effects on the body, mind, and psyche. Some watering of the eyes is noticeable with higher dosages and the after taste is mild and floral with little formation of Phlegm in the back of the throat. The residual effect leaves the user clear and grounded with high sharp vision and mental state. Adding ashes to the Apurina intensifies its slicing effect and produces a powerful aroma of the jungle environment. This Rapé serves as a mild yet intelligent tool for the beginner. It also blends well with any Rapé, Tsunu or Tabaco, to create your own unique personal Rapé blend.

Apurina Verde

Apurina Verde contains no tabaco and no ashes, and therefore is good for users that prefer the cleansing without the powerful effects and possible purging. The initial physical effect is fairly mild but the effect on the mind is cleared of background chatter almost instantly. At low doses users of the grey Rapé types will most likely find it unnoticeable until sometime after they have stopped using other Rapé’s and had a chance to clear themselves in advance. With Larger doses Apurina when used in a fresh state of awareness and with a clear channel has an intense sharp slicing quality, not unlike the Nunu from the Matsés tribe. Watering of the eyes is unlikely in small amounts but in larger doses has been noticeable. Tendency to purge with Apurina Verde is minimal and the residual effects leave the user in a heightened state, grounded and clear. This Rapé serves as a mild yet intelligent tool for the beginner, or for those that prefer a tabaco free Rapé. It ofcourse also blends well with Tabaco, Mapacho or Rapé or ashes, to create your own unique personal Rapé blend.

Clarity 4.0.
This unique and highly praized Rapé is called Clarity. It is one of the most popular and sought after Rapé’s that we blended ourselves. This Rapé is the first of our own creations. Then came Orchid Fever and Pineal Flush. The new batch Clarity 4.0 is finally ready and available. We hope you will like this Rapé as much as we do. Clarity is our unique Katukina home-made Rapé blend and is one of its kind. The name Clarity date back from 2012 when we first started experimenting and creating our own Rapé blends. Clarity is composed of a mixture of Yawanawa Mulateiro, Tabaco de Moy, dark Rustica Tabaco, Pau pereira ashes, Murici ashes and Canela de Velho ashes and countless sacred and secret aromatic ingredients and essences, the most prominent of which are several aromas from the Mint family and Cacao. During the creation it was infused with the intention of reaching unlimited clarity of mind and full awareness of the present, giving rise to its name ‘Clarity’. It carries an ethereal sparkling fresh and yet pungent earthy flavor that will leave a deep odor memory trace, and a uniquely sweet chocolate aftertaste. It is strong and slicing on the inset and should be used with moderation, especially inexperienced people might find it painful and shocking. Although it is not a traditional Rapé from the Amazon, the name Clarity has left a strong trace of popularity. It has become in great demand by Rapé users and South American tribal people and shamans alike. Clarity is extremely strong and crystal clear, blowing the mind with absolute awareness and lucidity as if mind, body, and spirit become highly synchronized, enabling a completely new focus. Furthermore, Clarity helps cleaning the sinuses, thereby expelling all unnecessary toxins and bacteria, and opening channels that bring about healing and cleansing. Due to the content of mint-like plants, it will reach far into your sinuses and airways, relieving all feelings of congestion or obstruction. Due to its potency, some users might experience a burning sensation, watering of the eyes, sneezing and mucus excretion. The pain of this cleansing process however passes quickly and the user is left with opened breathing channels and sinuses, and with an extremely clear focus and lucid mind. The procedure of making this extraordinary blend is not by following numbers or a recipe. While using the same base ingredients, the finest aromas and tones are added by intuition and feeling in a patient process. This blend can never be exactly repeated and is unique in its frequency.
